Love Day Specialty Session Fee Voucher Terms + Conditions



Your retainer payment "Voucher" acts as a non refundable payment to reserve a session space for the Love Day Mini Sessions on 2/3/2023 or 2/4/2023. 

Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, Session Fees and Session Vouchers are not refundable for any reason should you decide to cancel your session. 

In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are not negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances.

- Love Day Mini Session Vouchers are good for Sessions on 2/3/23 + 2/4/23 ONLY. Failure to redeem your session on either of these dates will result in forfeiture of your session fee retainer payment. No refunds will be given. 

- Deadline to redeem Session Vouchers is 01/19/2023. You must have your Session date selected (either 2/3/23 or 2/4/23) and Pre Session Payment Plan set up by 01/19/2023 or your Session Voucher is forfeited. 

- $299 Voucher is good for ONE Session date only. Any rescheduling will void promotion and $600 balance will be due to select new date (normal Session Fee is $899). 

- It is up you the customer (YOU) to reach out to book your session date + time before we become fully booked. Should the studio be fully booked by the time you reach out, you will be placed on a waiting list for any cancellations. Refunds will not be given due to the Studio being fully booked, it is of the utmost urgency that you reach out to book your Session as soon as possible. 

- Session Vouchers may NOT be transferred to another person. The person who paid for the Session Voucher must be the person to sign the contract and arrive for the Session. 

- Prepayment for our MINIMUM IMAGE PURCHASE of $699 is REQUIRED. All clients must set up their Pre Session Payment Plan for at least the minimum purchase on the same phone call for which the Session date is selected. Please review the pricing guide and be fully prepared for your Voucher Redemption phone call.
